It was served at a wedding.
At sight, it offered an intense cherry colour. This Château Les Carmes Haut-Brion with its raspberry aromas might be considered as delicacy. It has a mellow taste of chocolate pudding.
The 2015 was more entertaining than the stew we had paired it with.
