2005 Domaine de Chevalier (Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot and Merlot)

Domaine de Chevalier 2005 (60 % Cabernet Sauvignon, 30 % Merlot, 5 % Cabernet Franc, 5 % Petit Verdot.)

I didn't pair it with anything. A client gave it to me.
Opaque red. Noticeable aromas of cherry and licorice. Caramel flavour.

They had it at the local shop.

It would have been better with fish. I went with work colleagues to Domaine de Chevalier and we tried it  there.
A wine with high layer, cherry colour. I liked its toasted aromas. Very nice roasted flavours.

Domaine de Chevalier Bordeaux Pessac Léognan 2012
Ruby colour with intense hues. Mainly berries and red fruits. Lovely and fresh.
I did not pair it.
It was my friend's birthday, so I brought him this bottle.
