The Parde Haut-Bailly "is the second wine of Château Haut-Bailly.
Resulting including young vineyards and best wine, it is more fruity and more easily accessible than the first wine.
The Parde Haut-Bailly has aged in barrels for a period of 12 months.
It is characterized, for tasting by a charming, elegant and refined, with a silky nice grain. Its flexibility and openness aromatic allow it to be appreciated younger than the first wine. Its structure however gives it good aging potential.

The Parde Haut-Bailly in 2009 a harmonious structure. It is a pleasure wine with gourmet red fruits and woody notes. Its melting and velvety tannins make it very pleasant to enjoy in 2015.

I bought it on purpose on a trip to Pessac-Léognan.
This red wine is cherry with brown edges. Aromas of licorice and violet. I noticed the 2006 a little astringent.
