Château Clinet 2006

The castle is a Clinet believed among the most famous Pomerol appellation without a rating.
The Chateau Clinet covers an area of nearly 12 hectares planted with 90% Merlot, 9% Cabernet Sauvignon and 1% Cabernet Franc. A beautiful Pomerol looking for freshness. The vineyard of Boeno castle covers an area of 3 hectares planted mainly Merlot and Cabernet Franc. Cabernet Sauvignon rarely appears in the Pomerol assemblies. The wines have never wanted to be classified. The Pomerols combine roundness and flexibility in real power. These wines are well structured with tannins that make it a beautiful wine for aging.

Château Clinet 2006

TASTING NOTES:
Extremely backward, firm, and virile, this macho wine exhibits full-bodied power, a dense blackberry, smoky nose, huge tannins, but impressive stuffing and depth

The Château Clinet is a familiar wine of Château Clinet.
Red wine with violet reflections. If you are a fan of red fruit compote, then this wine is perfect for you. A slightly bitter end.
The Château Clinet should be enjoyed after the meal.

Clinet Pomerol 2016
I had it at some good friends house.
Dark cherry colour. This Clinet Pomerol had good scents of red fruits. Clinet Pomerol was ok, the kind of my taste.
We drank it just like that, without any food pairing.
