TASTING NOTES:
- View: 2011 Niepoort Vintage has a dark purple color to the edge of the cup.
- Nose: The nose is fine with great vinosity, black pepper and notes of black fruits.
- Palate: The palate is fresh and elegant, but underpinned with a long tannic structure that gives great length.
DEGREE OF ALCOHOL: 19.5%
PAIRING: Perfect with "Queijo da Serra", Stilton or other blue cheese. Egg-based desserts and "Pao de Lo" (Portuguese-based cake sponge).

Red Bordeaux tone. It has currant scents.It was light but tasted like blackberries.
The 2017 was more entertaining than the stew we had paired it with.
The Tinto Cão of Niepoort makes friends.
