TASTING NOTES:

  • View: Taylor's 20 Years Old 1 is deep reddish amber color.
  • Nose: Spicy voluptuos opulent and complex aromas of marmalade and nutty, hints of orange blossom and a nice oak character comes from long aging period in oak nose.
  • Palate: The palate is full of rich, concentrated flavor and has a long smooth finish

DEGREE OF ALCOHOL: 20%

PAIRING: It's an excellent accompaniment to many desserts. It combines well with the flavors of figs, almonds and caramel. It is an excellent complement to a pudding or a bowl of wild strawberries.

Taylor's Twany 20 year old

At the time I only open the first bottle of six, and is good, not excellent but good. E ', therefore, a partial judgment, maybe a bottle unsuccessful at best, maybe I was expecting something more. My diners, though, I'm excited, but to a sophisticated palate does not go unnoticed the limits (of this single bottle). If I can, I integrate the comments to the opening of other bottles.

94 pts A.Gismondy Wine Access - Intense amber tawny color. opulent and voluptuous nose of complex aromas of fruit compote, spices and dried fruit, flor de laranjeira notes and wood from the long period of aging in the cask. The mouth is full of very rich flavors and concentrated and has a long and delicate finish.
