Elaboration of 2005 Clos Mogador

2005 Clos Mogador (Cabernet Sauvignon, Cariñena, Garnacha and Syrah)

  • View: 2005 Clos Mogador 2005 has provided a deep red color of violet notes still symbolize your current youth.
  • Nose: initially intoxicates us with hints of violet and currant jam. Really intense, slowly shows us the many facets of their olfactory personality. As is opening, aromas of fig, blackberry, cinnamon and coffee appear. Their complexity grows and finally, after a few hours, shows its best.
  • Mouth: The palate is as a truly opulent wine. Featuring a remarkable tannic concentration, shown at once unctuous, structured, friendly and mature. Its good acidity offsets its high level and makes your palate is surprisingly fresh. But the most remarkable of this wine is the quality and duration of their persistence. Its finish is really long and distinguished him all the aromatic complexity described above. Great authentic wine will improve over the coming years.

AGING: 18 months aging in new barrels.
