Ruggeri Santo Stefano Valdobbiadene Prosécco Superiore

This is a classic PRosŽcco with fine bubbles and a fragrant nose of freshly baked bread and ripe fruit. On the palate it is full with a pleasant vein of acidity and a very slightly semi-sweet background which balances the flavours and adds length.

I took it with an octopus and liked it. I had it with my friends at home.
Nice and pretty colour. I loved the smell of baking. It has an appropriate bitter end.

The Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Dry Santo Stefano Ruggeri was born in the vineyards located in the best areas of Santo Stefano, which takes its name, in the province of Treviso. E 'produced by Glera grapes, with the presence of small amounts of Verdiso and Perera, harvested entirely by hand to mid-September. The fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 18 ° C, followed by a refinement on the lees for a period of 3 months. The Santo Stefano features a brilliant greenish yellow color, with a persistent perlage thin crown. The nose opens with elegant and delicate fruity, with hints of ripe apple and lemon flowers. The palate is fresh, well-shaped body and round, with gently fruity finish. Ideal as an aperitif, this wine is suitable for all occasions to meet, it is perfect with dry pastry not too sugary.
