2016 Herdade do Sobroso Reserva Barrique Select (Aragonêz, Alfrocheiro Preto, Alicante Bouschet and Trincadeira)
TASTING NOTES:
- View: deep red.
- Nose: traces of ripe red fruits, jam and chocolate.
- Mouth: intense and prolonged aftertaste.
APPELLATION: Alentejo.
GRAPES: Aragonez, Trincadeira, Alicante Bouschet and Alfrocheiro.
AGING: 12 months in French oak barrels of 500 liters.
PREPARATION: grapes harvested by hand and transported into the hold, where the transformation process begins with wine in stainless steel at a controlled temperature and fermentative 21 days post maceration.
WINE PAIRING: red meat dishes.
RIGHT SERVING TEMPERATURE: 12-18 ° C

Good colour. Cedarwood aromas. An intense red.
We drank it just like that, without any food pairing.
