Monte Baixo Alentejo Branco 2018

Deep colour at first sight. Aromas that remind of acacia flowers.Typical bitter end of Antão Vaz.
A good wine for a French cheese.
This 2018 was the recommended by a friends of us.

Me and my friends always order this wine a for dinner.
It has a straw yellow colour. The aromas of white flowers dominate. Monte Baixo wines have a salty touch .
We consumed it with paste à la marinière.
