2018 Vinho Rosé Tostões
TASTING NOTES:
- View: pale pink.
- Nose: Intense nose of ripe strawberries with hints of cream.
- Mouth: attack texture, soft, round and good freshness.
APPELLATION: Alentejo.
GRAPES: Syrah.
PREPARATION: manual harvesting in 20kg, selected in a selection table clusters, then crushed grapes and fermentation tanks transported without the aid of pumps. Maceration for 3 to 6 hours at low temperature, the resulting bleeding is fermented at 12 °C to spontaneously maintain full aromatic potential.
PAIRING: tomato-based dishes.
