Dog Point Sauvignon Blanc 2017

The wine is juicy and mouth filling with vibrant ripe fruit. A fresh line of balanced acidity supports the soft, round texture.

Combines with snacks. We drank the whole bottle at once with friends and a good conversation.
Very light flavour. The Dog Point Sauvignon Blanc reminded me of jasmine on the nose. Astringent.

A beautiful colour. Clear hints of jasmine. I noticed a kind of salty aftertaste in the finish.
With seafood from the Mediterranean.
This time I shared it with two couples .

We drank this wine among friends.
Has a strong colour. In my opinion, the Dog Point Sauvignon Blanc smelled like mango, banana and pear. In the end there was as a very soft bitter touch.
We tried it with Milanese rice.
