2018 Brut Millesimato Montresor

APPELLATION: Veneto, Italy.
GRAPES: Pinot Noir.
AGEING: The wine is aged based on the noble lees in steel tanks for 12 months to increase its consistency. Continues referencing through grafting of selected yeasts in small deposits and batteries after the second fermentation is aged in the autoclave for over 8 months (method Charmat along Montresor). Follow the least 12 months of aging in bottle.
PREPARATION: Once in the winery, the grapes undergo a soft pressing of which a fine wine is obtained.
WINE PAIRING: Ideal for pairing with appetizers.
RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 8-10 ° C
