2017 Alvarinho Soalheiro Reserva (Alvarinho)

TASTING NOTES:

  • View: citrus.
  • Nose: notes of oak with the freshness and the fruit of the grape.
  • Mouth: full and complex body.

APPELLATION: Vinho Verde.

VINEYARD: Vineyards organic farming, to enhance biodiversity and environmental sustainability.

GRAPES: Alvariho.

AGEING: Aged in barrels made of French oak used and remained in batonnage with fine lees until the end of June.

PREPARATION: grapes harvested manually in boxes of small capacity and taken to the winery in a short time. After pressing and before fermentation temperature controlled decanted wort for 48 hours. Fermentation carried out in French oak barrels (new and used).

PAIRING: as an aperitif, with seafood, fish or poultry.
