In 1995, Sichel merged with Langguth, one of the 3 most important German wine companies in the country. Blue Nun was reborn! The new Blue Nun dramatically improved the quality of its wines and gained a touch of modernity. As soon as I smelled it, I noticed the white flowers scent. Roasted flavours.
It was 100% recommended, and I would recommend too.

I do not like it with the meat we ate. Blue Nun is a wine to share with your family.
It was light yellow in colour. Clearly noticeable aromas of white fruits. Excess of acidity.

I went with work colleagues to Blue Nun and we tried it  there.
Dark yellow colour . As soon as I smelled it, I noticed the white flowers scent. It just tasted like grape.
To take it with prawns.

In my opinion, the Blue Nun smelled like mango, banana and pear. Quite sweetnees.
I do not know whether this 2011 or the previous vintage is the best I've tasted.
