Dreissigacker Riesling 2011

I bought it my partner in a wine shop.
A beautiful colour. Aromas of lemon grass. It tasted like nothing.

Dreissigacker Riesling Trocken 2011

Typical opacity of a Dreissigacker. Compared to other Rheinhessen it was rough.
I had it with a birthday cake.
At the a friend's wedding.

A special wine to match with cheese. I drank with my best friend.
I thought that the Dreissigacker Riesling had a very light colour. Clearly noticeable aromas of white fruits. Guilty of too much acidity.

Dreissigacker Riesling Trocken 2013
Elegance, ripeness, freshness and fruitiness combine in Dreissigacker Riesling in a refined and very sophisticated way. The bright yellow of white wine smells of delicate blooming violets, sweet bananas and ripe apricots. On the palate occurs on this fruit game added a animating freshness. The great finesse of Riesling comes from the tight minerality and spicy components, reminiscent of wild herbs. The finale of the Thirty acre Riesling is long and lively. The Riesling grapes were harvested by hand in several stages of maturation. To ensure optimum leaching of flavoring substances, the berries were lightly ground and allowed to stand for several hours in its own juices. The juice vergor over a period of eight weeks, with the grapes own yeasts sugar into alcohol. After four months of lees Riesling was bottled.

My partner bought it in internet.
I was impressed by its colour. In the nose, white flowers and lemon notes. Strong flavour which reminds me of strawberry candy.
