Good scents of apple and white flowers. Reminded me of burned wood and it was a pleasant taste.
Better enjoy Wagner Stempel Riesling Trocken served cold.

Wagner Stempel Riesling Trocken 2014

4 /5

The best wine of  the family Wagner Stempel.
The darker yellow colour I've seen in the wines of Rheinhessen. I am no expert on flowers, but Wagner-Stempel Riesling reminded me daffodil. Warm and very tasty.
To drink with seafood from the Cantabrian Sea.

I liked sharing this wine with someone special.
Fantastic colour. It smells a little like white flowers and lemon. Very rough on the palate.
I had it at a barbecue party.

The colour of this 2016 seems darker than other vintages. Just approaching the glass close to the nose you can notice pear and banana scents. It tasted a lot like wine.
I prefer it with emmental cheese.
I can't imagine drinking this Wagner-Stempel Riesling 2016 solo.

I went with work colleagues to Wagner Stempel and we taste it there.
To me, this 2015 seemed more yellow than other vintages. In the nose, white flowers and lemon notes. Perfect balance of acidity.
I had the pleasure of taking it at a barbecue.
