Wittmann Westhofener Riesling Trocken 2011

Nice and pretty colour. Fruity flavours of lemon and apple. It left my tongue like sandpaper.
We had it with Sushi food.
It was part of a wine tasting.

It smells of lemon and apple. Good taste, light wine.
The truth is that I had expected more.

It wasn't well paired with food, but the wine was good and tasty. I drank with my partner.
The Wittmann Westhofener Riesling Trocken has a light yellow colour with bright highlights. Aromas of lemon grass. I don't know how to describe it, but to me it had a good taste.

The first time I drank  it with people from Wittmann.
I noticed a dull colour. Clearly noticeable aromas of white fruits. For me it tasted like grape.
This Wittmann wine goes well with food.
