2015 Matarromera Prestigio (Tempranillo)

TASTING NOTES:

  • View: a characteristic and bright cherry color, very intense.
  • Nose: excellent balance with spicy aromas from its time in oak.
  • Mouth: voluminous and intense, with characteristic tones and toasted flavors of ripe black fruit, sweet tannins skeleton powerful long finish.

APPELLATION: Ribera de Duero.

GRAPES: 100% Tempranillo.

AGEING: 9 months in French oak barrels and then 9 others in American oak barrels. Once completed its aging in barrels will pass the bottle where rest long enough to be ready to serve.

PREPARATION: The grapes have been harvested in small plastic boxes and processed at the time it has reached its best state of maturity, all from Pago La Cabaña.

WINE PAIRING: Red meat, game, roasted Castilian, meats, cheeses.

RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 16-18 ° C
