TASTING NOTES OF 2004 Cirsion:
- View: Wine red.
- Nose: The aroma is fine.
- Mouth: The taste we can highlight its aftertaste of toffee and some black fruit.
COSNUMO OPTIMUM: We suggest serving at a temperature of 17 °C, with red meat, roast lamb and sausages.
