Elaboration of 2006 Remelluri Blanco
2006 Remelluri Blanco (Tempranillo, Garnacha, Graciano, Chardonnay, Garnacha blanca, Marsanne, Roussanne, Sauvignon Blanc, Viognier, Moscatell and Roussane)
This wine is the result of extreme weather conditions that occurred in 2006, with a very cold, dry winter and a hot, dry summer.
Following these weather conditions, high temperatures, both day and night during the period of maturation, is rapid accumulation of sugars that cause significant general advancement of harvest.
Ripening conditions of different varieties to significant altitude (800 m), allow to achieve a good balance of acidity and graduation, which will contribute to the complexity of this wine.
They have joined the aromas of each of the different varieties with the contribution of fine French oak during fermentation and aging on lees.
Different wines were aged separately for 16 months and after a period of two months of rest and assembly of all the bottling was performed in March 2008.

golden straw color with greenish iridescence. Clean and bright.
A still glass, surprising intensity and aromatic power, with first savory aromas, pickles, asparagus and artichokes accompanied by a toasted background and smoky light. Followed by aromas of herbs and white flowers, acacia, lemon grass and honeysuckle .. After a short stay in the glass aromas of white fruit, lychees and pear notes accompanied by anisete appear.
The movement appear minerals and scrubland aromas and returned to the wild white flower aromas appear.
In short, very complex and harmonious nose with a wealth of nuances in which minerals, sweet and savory notes that make the wine even more original fundes.
It denotes mouth strength and structure, with an intensity that leave and travel indifferent acidity harmonizes and facilitates the passage of mouth, giving it further length and continuity.
Postnasal that again recalls pickles, minerals and with a floral aftertaste.
Mouth entrance promises a greater breadth and density after bottle aging.
