TASTING NOTES Cazes Rivesaltes 1939 :
- View: straw yellow
- Nose: Peat, snuff, black tea and a decaying forest floor face spicy oranges, mouthwatering salinity and almost crystalline sense of glittering mineral elements as those who rarely associate with fortified wines.
- Mouth: spicy flavor, juiciness and remarkable verve while a complex series of dark and decadent elements.

Rather clear red hue. This Cazes smells like violets. Flavours are well balanced.

It has a dark red colour. Aromas of coffee, toffee. Good acidity for my taste.
