Mossé 1932

It would have been better with meat. At a dinner with other couples.
I especially liked the colour. Very soft.

It had an intense colour. Flavours are well balanced.
It would go perfect with blue fish.
A Rivesaltes is better to be discovered alone.

Château Mossé 1934
This Château Mossé does not need food to accompany. It had been opened at a wine event.
Nice and pretty colour. This Rivesaltes stands out for its warm and balanced character.
