Description · Agrícola Castellana
2017 Cuatro Rayas Tempranillo (Tempranillo)
- View: bright and clean. Middle layer and red, purple hues.
- Nose: aromas of ripe berries.
- Mouth: soft and velvety. Good balance between tannins and acidity. Round and long finish.
VINEYARD: majuelos owned by the winery certified as organic. Area: 2150 hectares. Consisting of typical gravel floor of the La Seca.
GRAPES: 100% Tempranillo.
AGEING: 3 months in oak barrels.
PREPARATION: mechanical and night during the month of September 2017. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks between 10 and 12 days with temperature control at 22ºC harvest. Daily pumping.
PAIRING: stews, roasts and cheeses.
RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 14-16 °C
