TASTING NOTE:
- View: straw yellow, iridescent greenish and steely.
- Nose: clean and with an aromatic power, with a few minutes with the nose in the cup. Notes of ripe fruits almost compoteadas along with delicate herbaceous tones and touches anisados.
- Mouth: cheerful and expressive but with a glyceric and structured touch, with a pleasant minerality with the balsamic and subtle notes of baking.
