TASTING NOTES:
- View: straw yellow, greenish and steely glints.
- Nose: nose clean, great aromatic power, almost ripe fruit compote, delicate herbal tones and aniseed touches.
- Mouth: lively and expressive but with a satiny and structured touch, a pleasant minerality with balsamic and subtle notes of pastries.

APPELLATION: Rueda.

GRAPES: Verdejo.

AGEING: No aging.
PREPARATION: grape recepcionada in minimum time, coupled with dry ice processing for optimum quality fruit, a cold maceration,
thus generating an increased release of varietal aromas. Stainless steel fermentation under an analytical temperature control to work in optimal conditions yeast. Throughout the work process, with inert gases (dioxide
carbon and nitrogen) to preserve wine avoid contact with the
oxygen and greater longevity of this Verdejo.

PAIRING: as an aperitif and with cold dishes like cream, steamed vegetables, salads, creamy cheeses and white meats.
TEMPERATURE: 7-9 °C.
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13%.
