This project of the Gil family, accompanied here by Enrique Busto, begins in 2008 and places the winery and vineyards in the far southeast of the Denomination of Origin Rueda, in the province of Segovia
The technical management of the winery is run by the Australian winemaker Belinda Thomson.
The grapes for these wines come from vineyards of 30'5 hectares of Verdejo very old underperforming
The vines are planted in glass in sandy soils, which makes it possible that many of them are ungrafted.
The vines have a surface layer of river gravel small and a deeper layer composed of clay
Partially fermented wine in barrels and remains on the lees in full for several months before being bottled.
