2016 Yllera 5.5 Verdejo Frizzante (Verdejo)
TASTING NOTES Yllera 5.5 Verdejo Frizzante 2016:
- View: straw, clean and brilliant yellow.
- Nose: green apple, citrus, white flowers, rose petals, minerals and honeyed notes and exotic tropical fruits (passion fruit, pineapple, lychee, ...)
- Mouth: powerful, a very nice tour (sweet flavors with a touch of acidity, freshness and nerve), a spark of carbon, refreshing.
APPELLATION: VT. Castilla Leon.
GRAPES: Verdejo 100%.
PROCESSING: soft pressing with pneumatic press for obtaining lung wort. partial fermentation of the wort, fermentation stoppage to reach 5.5 percent alcohol.
WINE PAIRING: wine aperitif or wine "between-hours" with fruit and chocolate desserts.
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 5.5%

The Grupo Yllera has rescued from abandonment different wineries in Rueda, creating an original and interesting journey in which to discover the history and origin of the wine. In its quest to offer visitors new experiences, wanted to link their wines with different episodes of the myth of the Minotaur.
