I opened the bottle for my best friend.
Attractive and intense colour. Especially noticeable smoky aromas in this Château Canon. I noticed some good roughness in the mouth.
The ideal wine to finish a meal.

The 2017 was more entertaining than the stew we had paired it with. I like sharing this red Saint-Emilion with someone special.
Red ruby colour with reddish brown tinges. Aromas of toffee. This Saint-Emilion tasted like what it has to be, that is grapes.

Perfect with friends.
The reddish brown edges were not very nice. Definitely the wrong colour, although it was an acceptable wine. This Canon Saint-Emilion with its raspberry aromas might be considered as delicacy. A little rough, it may need more time in bottle.
It accompanied our desserts.
