Description · Château Cheval Blanc

2009 Château Cheval Blanc (Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec and Merlot)

Red to deep blue color. With a good nose, very vibrant and aromatic notes of red fruit appreciated, elegant, currant and blueberry. There are hints of licorice and smoked despite his short stay in oak. Lovely purity on the palate, very well defined and elegant, balanced and light, but with the right substance and a good core of tannins.

Pairing: Perfect to take with more fatty fish dishes or casseroles, also with white meats.
