Château Côte de Baleau Magnum 1999

I took this Saint-Émilion Grand Cru between meals. The Château Côte de Baleau Magnum was part of a wine tasting.
Deep colour at first sight. Balsamic aromas. This Saint-Émilion Grand Cru is warm and balanced.

It has a very nice colour. Candy aromas. The flavours of Château Côte de Baleau Magnum were quite well compensated.
I would have accompanied it with a fatty fish.
I drank it with someone special.
