TASTING NOTES OF 2016 Château Dassault:
- View: ruby garnet.
- Nose: aromas of black cherry, blueberry.
- Mouth: sweet and sticky mouth with layers of black fruit tinged with liquorice, powerful and bulky, with admirable purity until its heady finish.
APPELLATION: Saint-Emilion Grand Cru.
GRAPES: Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon.
TEMPERATURE: 16-18 °C
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 15%
