Château la Gaffelière 1977

Paired with snacks and we really liked this Saint-Emilion. We drank this wine among friends.
Deep colour, characteristic of Château la Gaffelière. Characteristic odor of nuts. More than toasted notes, tastes slightly burnt.

I like to surprise my family with this wine.
Has a strong colour. In my opinion, the most noticeable smell is raspberry. Fleshy, smoothy.
We had it with a deer stew.

I opened the bottle for my best friend.
It had a deep colour at first sight. Smells of wood. Softer than 2016.
I enjoyed it with a beef dish.
