Château Larcis Ducasse 2015

- Wine Advocate Robert Parker in April 2015: '' This great terroir, long owned by the Gratiot family, has come to life under the inspired winemaking of Nicolas Thienpont and Stéphane Derenoncourt
- Some recent vintage have been legendary efforts, love especially in 2005, 2008, 2009 and 2010
- The 2012 (83% Merlot, 17% Cabernet Franc) is right in the competition, with at inky, opaque, bluish / purple color, gorgeously sweet, rich nose of black raspberries, black cherries and currants, and licorice
- The wine hits the palate with a full-bodied, thunderous effect
- This dazzling tips the scales at 14 5% alcohol, All which is indicative of its fabulously exposed vineyard on a full, steep limestone slope with a southern exposure Primarily
- This is full-bodied, ripe and one of the great stars of the vintage again
- The wine has full-bodied texture, gorgeous purity, richness and length
- Drink it over the next 20 years. '' Allergens: contains sulfites

Château Larcis Ducasse 2015

My partner bought it in a store.
Red ruby colour with reddish brown edges. Aromas of raisins. It tasted good to me.

Nice cherry smell. In the mouth it it tastes like licorice.
One of the best I've ever tasted.

Combination of red fruit aromas and green pepper. I noticed some good roughness in the mouth.
It is important to serve at the proper temperature.

I enjoyed with a good friend of mine.
A very dark red and rather opaque. This red wine has a chestnut background. It was harsh in the mouth for a Saint-Emilion.
We drank it just like that, without food to accompany.
