The red and violet edges were visible for me. It uncurtains a scent of red and yellow roses.I think it was a little bit salty.
Perfect to pair it with a lamb leg.
Fine! We enjoyed it.

An ideal wine to give to a parent.
Cherry, low layer. The main aromas were coffee and wood. Strong coffee flavour.
I'd like to try it with a carpaccio.

Attractive and intense colour. To emphasize on this the smell of coffee. The taste reminded me of coffee.
Great to vegetables and grilled meat. I drank it with work colleagues.

Highly recommendable this Château Moulin Saint-Georges.
