Until recently, Château Simard was relatively unknown to the general public wine lover, but a loyal customer who regularly bought all the production of the castle, which will put on sale the vintages that had reached maturity.

Things will certainly change with the new owner Alian Vauthier, who intends to make one of the best wines of Saint Emilion.

A good wine to toast with. I drank it with my best friend.
It had a very deep colour. Scents of red roses. Licorice flavour.

Aromas of black currant. Fleshy. Chocolate coulant taste.
The Château Simard is a powerful wine in my opinion.
