TASTING NOTES OF 2011 Château Soutard:
- View: purple, almost black.
- Nose: aromas of fennel, truffle and black raspberry.
- Mouth: medium body, a round finish, full of cherries.

GRAPES: 70% Merlot and 30% Cabernet Franc.
