Description of 2015 Château Soutard

2015 Château Soutard (Merlot and Cabernet Franc)

Soutard Château 2015 / Merlot 75% Cabernet Franc 25%)

The great Saint-Emilion Château produced Soutard is famous for its powerful and tannic flavors, where wines are young. However this vintage 2015 is far beyond adolescence and the time has softened its aggressiveness, creating a polished and sophisticated wine. Soutard is universally recognized as one of the best growth in the Saint-Emilion, known for its classy wines, based rich Cabernet Franc and Merlot grapes grown in limestone soils. This voluptuous, seductive Soutard has silky tannins and a lingering, delicious finish. Intense red color, the wine is incredibly rich in the nose and palate. The best!

I tried it in a bar.
Deep red cherry colour. Good scents of red fruits of this Château Soutard. Warm and tasty.

We paired it with meat. I would not have drunk it with meat, it was not proper. Wine and friends always pairs very well .
Red wine with reddish brown edges. Strong smell of berries. This red is a bit acidic.
