Description of 2011 Château Soutard 375ml

2011 Château Soutard 375ml (Cabernet Franc and Merlot)

Château Soutard 2011 / Merlot 75% Cabernet Franc 25%)

The great Saint-Emilion Château produced Soutard is famous for its powerful and tannic flavors, where wines are young. However this vintage 2011 is far beyond adolescence and the time has softened its aggressiveness, creating a polished and sophisticated wine. Soutard is universally recognized as one of the best growth in the Saint-Emilion, known for its classy wines, based rich Cabernet Franc and Merlot grapes grown in limestone soils. This voluptuous, seductive Soutard has silky tannins and a lingering, delicious finish. Intense red color, the wine is incredibly rich in the nose and palate. The best!

A beautiful colour. Smell of coffee or wood.I like the slight roughness it leaves you on the mouth.
Château Soutard 375ml pairs very well with a spicy fish .
At a friend's wedding.
