However this vintage 2011 is far beyond adolescence and the time has softened its aggressiveness, creating a polished and sophisticated wine. Soutard is universally recognized as one of the best growth in the Saint-Emilion, known for its classy wines, based rich Cabernet Franc and Merlot grapes grown in limestone soils. This voluptuous, seductive Soutard has silky tannins and a lingering, delicious finish. Intense red color, the wine is incredibly rich in the nose and palate. The best!
