Château Valandraud 2007

Castle Valandraud was born in 1989, when Jean-Luc Thunevin and Murielle Andraud, a wine enthusiast couple decided to buy a small plot of 0. 6 hectares of vines. These two former vintners choose Valendraud Castle in reference to the name of Valon Fongaban and also in reference to the name of Murielle. This small winery extends gradually to achieve today nearly 10 ha in the Saint-Emilion appellation. In this small winery has everything from traditional and modern way to ensure an exceptional quality wine and live up to its ranking of "1st Grand Cru Classé" in 2012 ranking of the great wines of Saint-Emilion.

Château Valandraud Rouge

Very young with an expressive nose, floral with elegant fruit, more fruit side of the red Frambroise aromas, plum and hints of toast. On the palate a very pleasant balance richeet structured wine with pleasant tannins. The finish is very long. Complex wine with huge potential. Undoubtedly the most elegant and subtle ever tasted Valandraud.

The Château Valandraud 2017 young wine I have found it on sale online.
Classic red cherry color of a 2017. Aromas of dried fruits. It has a good entry.

Valandraud Saint-Emilion 2016
My best friend had tried it and she recommended it to me.
Red with violet edges. Smell of ripe fruit compote. It was light but tasted like blackberries.
It was an excellent accompanist for the main course.

Château Valandraud, my favourite wines.
The border colour was almost brown. Tea aromas. Delicious, tasty, liked it.
It paired well with the food.
