2016 Le Petit Cheval Blanc

- Nose: pure grapefruit, white peach, candied citrus, mint, ripe peaches, mango, fresh pineapple and minerals.
- Mouth: slightly tropical flavor with citrus notes, silky, round, dry and unique texture. Final truly amazing length.
APPELLATION: Saint-Emilion (Bordeaux, France).
VINEYARD: Château Cheval Blanc.
GRAPES: Merlot and Cabernet Blanc.
AGEING: After pressing, slightly decanted musts fermented in new wood, semi-wet and wooden vats. Wines are assembled in February to continue aging for 18 months, then introduced into a tub, for final assembly step, stabilization, clarification and classification then bottling.
PREPARATION: The harvest is done in good condition, the berries are in good condition. Then they go through a despalillado light to the sun that allows homogenize the maturity and reduce the appearance.
