Description · Château Haut Beausejour

2015 Château Haut Beausejour

This wine represents the style of the appellation Saint-Estèphe, the Medoc, which plays an important role Merlot along with Cabernet Sauvignon, bringing a velvety richness that coats the firm presence of tannins. Wine, at the tender time and full-bodied strong character, requires several years of custody to reveal all its complexity.

6 X Château Haut Beausejour Saint Estephe 2015

We bought the bottle in the wine shop close to home.
Violet red colour of a young wine. Notes of coffee and wood taste. It is the lightest Château Haut Beausejour I've ever tasted.

Château Haut Beausejour 2015

Haut Beausejour has a rather conservative bouquet, blackberry and scorched leather, a touch of tobacco that surfaces with time, though it never really fires on all cylinders. The palate is medium-bodied with a curiously Pinot Noir-like entry: pure red cherry and strawberry fruit, light but tensile with fine tannin.

6 X Château Haut Beausejour Saint Estephe 2014
Red with violet edges. Smelled soft, like cinnamon and vanilla .The toasted flavours liked me.
We paired it with snacks and we really liked this Saint-Estèphe.
I opened this 2014 with a friend.

Château Haut-Beauséjour Domaines Ott 2013
The had a very deep color. Coffee with hints of toffee. The taste of this Domaines Ott is woody.
A Domaines Ott that pairs well with any dish.
Château Haut-Beauséjour Domaines Ott is the first wine I drank with my parents.

It's always good to share wine, but this is especial.
Cherry colour with brown edges. In this Château Haut Beausejour you can smell coffee. It tastes just like wine, as it has to be.
You can take it with any meal.
