1992 La Dame de Montrose (Merlot)

TASTING NOTES OF 1992 La Dame de Montrose:

  • View: transparent and bright red blood, a little red brick edges and some small pink hues.
  • Nose: sweet nose, reminiscent of a river of red fruit, raspberry, strawberry, black currant, wood slightly underbrush aromas of blueberry, sweet little fruit.
  • Mouth: a marvel of sweetness with a bit of freshness, very easy to drink some kirsch liqueur, licorice character, very soft, full of sensuality wine.

APPELLATION: Saint-Estèphe.

GRAPES: 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc.
