TASTING NOTES OF 2009 La Dame de Montrose:
- View: purple.
- Nose: Complex nose of cassis, violet, caramel, cherry.
- Mouth: soft, long and elegant floral notes, ripe red fruit, brioche and cocoa. Harmonious, long, powerful but very balanced wine.

APPELLATION: Saint-Estèphe.

GRAPES: 82% Merlot; 18% Cabernet Sauvignon.

PREPARATION: Fermentation is carried out traditionally in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The malolactic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks.
