Château Gloria 2010

Created by Henri Martin and the only one of its kind as this 50-hectare vineyard was put together piece-by-piece over a number of years, through the purchase of plots exclusively from grands crus classified in 1855. The origin of the terroirs, the care taken over the growing and the vinification all help to explain its world-renowned quality

Saint Julien Château Gloria Saint Julien 2010

is a real treat for the eyes. It disclosed a very nice smell of white roses. It left a long aftertaste behind.
Good wine with a dish of lentils.
A great to share with friends.

Reviews about Château Gloria 2011

The wines of this castle are from a gravely soil Günziennes with a serious basement clay sabloneuses. The harvest is manual for maximum preservation of the purity of the fruit. The vinification is done in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats in the traditional way. Aging lasts 14 months in barrels.
The 2011 vintage has a beautiful dress deep red pulling soft purple hues.
The nose reveals fully after a few minutes of breathing. It reveals powerful wood notes, animal notes. A rich flavors nose.
The mouth has a dynamic attack, yet elegant complex. The texture is rich and smooth tannins with great precision. The mid-palate reveals persistent aromas like white pepper, licorice or blackcurrant. The finish is long and pleasant.
A wine that proves the high level of the castle.

Drink or keep: 2018 - 2024
PAIRING: Red meat
