- Nose: Intense aromas of red fruit (cherries and raspberries), licorice, chocolate and light vanilla tone.
- Mouth: elegant, complex and balanced, with soft tannins.
APPELLATION: Savigny 1er Cru.
VINEYARD: vineyard located on the northeast side of Savigny.
GRAPES: Pinot Noir.
AGING: 16 months aging in oak barrels.
WINE PAIRING: Roasted, white and red meats with sauces, game and cheeses varied.
