Canasta Cream (Pedro Ximénez and Palomino)

Mahogany clear iodine and trim colors and good brightness amber shows a thick tear.

Nose of good volume of nuts, candy cola, soft notes of sweetness showing glaze and toasted already at this stage with aldehyde feelings and spirits.

Your input is very warm and addressing, shows tasty and slightly pungent, oily with good dried fruit aromas plus a touch of spice, has a touch hotter than it penalizes, with excellent structure for a final half-long and pleasant.
