Lustau Oloroso Emperatriz Eugenia Solera Gran Reserva 50cl
TASTING NOTES:
- View: Golden color dark and intense, with khaki shades.
- Nose: Intense aromas with soft notes of wood, varnish, nuts, cocoa and wildflowers.
- Mouth: smooth, well-balanced flavor, with notes of candied fruits, prunes, walnuts nutmeg, cocoa and timber.
APPELLATION: Jerez-Xeres-Sherry (Andalusia, Spain).
VINEYARD: Lustau.
GRAPES: Palomino Fino.
AGEING: Madura in American oak barrels before being bottled refined.
PREPARATION: The grapes are harvested manually and gently pressed, then go through a maceration and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature.
WINE PAIRING: Excellent companion to red meat and game, prosciutto, snacks, beef and beef stews and cheeses.
TEMPERATURE: 12-14 °C
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 20%
