Your rating for 2015 Jordan Cobblers Hill:Rate 2015 Jordan Cobblers Hill:

4 /5

This wine is very complex and full bodied made from Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes, carefully selected by the staff of the winery. The Cobblers Hill is on the nose with complex black cherry and blackberry, plain vanilla and a hint of mint. Firm and full in the mouth, with plenty of ripe tannins and a great aftertaste of coffee and chocolate. A wine with good aging potential.
This wine is delicious with beef. lamb, game (venison), spicy dishes, mature hard cheeses and light soft cheeses.

Jordan Hill Cobbles is a very complex wine with solid wood use and aging potential. In the mouth this wine has a firm body, but lots of ripe tannins, with an aftertaste of coffee and chocolate.

With snobby guys.
Dark red colour. Berry aromas which are typical of . The flavour doesn't go out right away.
I think the best pairing would be with meat.
